About DT Editing
DT Editing is run by Daren Tiley, a TV editor with 20 years' experience in broadcasting.
Daren set up DT Editing near Gatwick to follow a trend in the music industry. He noticed how well-known bands were escaping city recording studios in favour of rural retreats. With Soho rents rising, facilities houses were putting up prices and cutting back on services.
So Daren built up the equipment for his suite slowly with money saved from working in TV. And in summer 2007, he launched the editing retreats service.

Daren is a calm editor who thrives on the buzz of working to tight deadlines. His recent credits include 'Rogue Traders', 'Crimewatch' and 'Top Gear'.
Daren's work on BBC2's 'In search of perfection – Heston Blumenthal' was nominated for a BAFTA.
During Daren's 20 years experience in TV, he's worked at Sky, the BBC and M2 Television. He specialises in factual, documentaries and light entertainment programmes.
